Answer: Direct guests to contact Explorabout support directly at hello@explorabout.com or (252) 397-5672. We handle all booking issues, changes, and cancellations so you don't
have to. - Can I customize which experiences appear on my microsite?
Answer: Currently, all experiences in your market area are displayed. If you have specific
requests or want to recommend certain operators, contact your Partner Success Lead - How do I order more QR code stickers or marketing materials?
Answer: Email hello@explorabout.com and karen@explorabout.com with your request and property address. We'll ship materials at no cost - What if my microsite link isn't working?
Answer: First, verify you're using the exact link provided in your welcome email. If issues
persist, contact support immediately - Can I refer multiple tour operators?
Answer: Absolutely! You earn a referral bonus for each tour operator you refer who is vetted
and onboarded to the platform. The more quality operators you bring, the better the
experience selection for your guests
Technical Issues
QR Code Not Scanning:
• Ensure the code is clean and unobstructed
• Try scanning from different distances (6-12 inches works best)
• Request a replacement if the code is damaged
Website Integration Issues:
• Check that the link is exactly as provided (no extra spaces or characters)
• Test on multiple browsers and devices
• Contact support if issues continue
